A person who has reached the age of 18 and is open to people with disabilities due to intellectual disabilities may work as an assistant at the L`Arch-Kovcheh. The assistant must also understand the mission and vocation of the L`Arche-Kovcheh community, be able to work in a team, adhere to joint decisions, maintain friendly relations with all members of the community, understand and share the spirituality of L`Arche communities, be flexible in making decisions about workload and place of work.
